Oculus Rift launches this week so VR fans are probably most interested in what’s available for their shiny new headsets. The good news the list above is only a fraction of what’s available, but we’ve tried to stick to brand new and notable releases rather than a bunch of Samsung Gear ports and existing games with VR support.
The most notable triple-A release is probably Killer Instinct: Season 3, which kicks off on Tuesday. Beyond that, Americans are probably keen on MLB The Show 16.
If you’re into JRPG’s check out Gust’s latest, Nights of Azure, and take a look atTrillion: God of Destruction – an unusual dungeon crawler.
Resident Evil 6 makes the jump to new-gen consoles, if anyone still cares. For an alternate horror experience consider NightCry, the crowdfunded spiritual successor to Clock Tower previously known as Project Scissors.
Telltale fans can enjoy new episodes of Minecraft: Story Mode and The Walking Dead: Michonne. Finally, it would be remiss of us not to mention Hyper Light Drifter finally hits PC this week. This anticipated indie is on many a wishlist.
As ever, keep an eye on your local PlayStation Store update for local PlayStation 3, PS4 and Vita release dates.
