That gun was widely considered overpowered due to its high rate of fire and damage output, despite having poor range. It was removed from sale at AmmuNation stores in March 2014, as was the original model Roosevelt.

GTA Online’s Valentine’s Day content has leaked after Rockstar’s not so subtle hint yesterday.
Buried in the code with the new sports car variations and Adversary update is a whole list of clothing, the remodelled Roosevelt limousine and details of some of the modes we can expect to play – presumably when it goes live next week.
Here’s a video the new Roosevelt Valour from 21Werneg, and Rockstar’s description, ripped straight from the files.
